Toyota Navigation System B9010 Manual Pdf
Here is how you access the Diagnostic menu if you have a Nav system. I got this out of the 2005 Manual, and I have the limited with the ON pushbutton. So if you have a different model, I cannot guarantee it will work.
Press the ON (Ignition) Button (Does not matter if start car or go into accessory mode)
Press and hold the INFO button on the Nav Controller.
Move the light control switch (Headlights) from OFF-ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON. (I went from Auto to Full up to AUTO and so forth)
The Nav screen will switch to the Diagnostic Mode. (The audio from the radio will stop)
You have a couple of menu options including 1) Service Check, 2) Display Check, 3) Nav Check.
The info you can get includes:
- Battery Voltage info
- GPS Lat Long Data
- GPS Parts Info
- Service Codes
- Speed
- Numerous other Sensors
To turn off the diagnostic screen, turn the ignition off.
I did not see anything to change options for 'I Agree' or any of those other features. Maybe there is another screen.
For those that have access to Techdata website..The procedure is under the 2005 Avalon/Diagnostics/Nav/Diagnostic Start-up Finish. Doc 05-1641.
Have fun, and let me know if you find anything new.
